Kjerstina Creath, one of our good friends and 8-Day Course graduates and a Star Essence teacher, has been found to have a tumor which is being removed from her abdomen. The fair is 10 to 4 Sat. and Sun. We will have a super flower essence punch, and lots of goodies. Our (not so) secret weapon - Prayer 9/24/01

Dear beloved galactic family and friends-

I have absolute faith in the supreme spirit - in God. And because I believe in the power of prayer I am highly optimistic. And because I know that what we put our attention on we bring into form I know that it is imperative to hold the vision of heaven on earth.

As I check in from a high perspective I can see (and many of my colleagues see the same) that the 911 emergency call was a divinely choreographed gift. The over 6000 heroes who made their transitions and gave up their earth vehicles to give this gift were prepared and made choices on a soul level. They have been lovingly embraced by the divine and are receiving maximum grace. I continue to pour out my love and gratitude to every soul who participated in this activity. I also continue to send legions of angels to them and to their families and friends.

Many of us had been looking to the date of September 17- when the 6000 year calendar encoded in stone in the Great Pyramid of Giza ended. There were many potential outcomes. Thru the 911 activity, which was big enough to capture the attention of the whole world- and filled with symbology- hearts were cracked open all over the world. During the time of these (broken) open hearts we had a national day of prayer that turned into an international day of prayer. We prayed together as a planet at a time when this world was being bathed in an unprecedented amount of light and high frequencies. The day of prayer on Friday was followed by churches Sunday having more people than ever attending- and huge numbers of people are praying continuously. Being in prayer with open hearts allowed us to absorb a huge amount of this light coming in- to move us into a higher octave of consciousness - an octave that is necessary for our survival. September 17 was called a day of truth. - And we God victoriously had a global spiritual initiation. There has been and will continue to be quantum light shifts. And I am SO grateful. I personally have been experiencing doing everything in a more awakened manner. I noticed myself automatically saying a prayer as I poured water from one container to another. We are suddenly more conscious in every moment.

I must thank President George Bush for continuing to ask for prayer- and at the end of his speech the other night he basically asked God to overlight his decisions. I trust God hears this. (If I didn’t I would not be feeling nearly so optimistic) Remember that there are more people than ever in the history of earth praying for essentially the same thing at the same time. So- no matter who the perpetrators of the recent activity are- Please- keep your mind focused on what you choose for an outcome at all times. I’m sure they did not count on the power of our not very secret weapon- our prayers. Let’s focus on the gifts-the acts of kindness and generosity and hearts opening and love and love and love. And KNOW that Peace and Freedom will prevail.

One of my visions that I am using is seeing airplanes flying over the U.S. like crop dusters- misting the flower and gem essence called Loving Thoughts. Impregnating everyone with loving thoughts. If conversations around you are not focusing on the outcome you would love to have- a suggestion is to put some loving thoughts into a spray bottle and mist the area. Also- if you are having any difficulty sending love to any of the participants of the 911 activity (volunteers- from a higher perspective) then try some Loving Thoughts under your tongue. It will assist you in viewing the current situation in a high light.

The essences will help balance us during these times of shifting energies. The combination Quintessential Balance has become a standby for me. I have added some One Heart to it and taken it to many of the meditations that I have gone to. If you find yourself ensconced in grief- the Orchid Essence called High Frequency is very useful. Using the essences A LOT and eating mostly all lightfilled live food has helped me to stay in a peaceful place. - When I do otherwise I find myself being hooked into mass consciousness and that can be less than pleasant for me. Another essence I am enjoying is the combination called Illumination. It is great to use while meditating. It helps me to see the higher picture.

Seeing all of the red white and blue is a beautiful thing. The Red and Blue represent the male and female- and red white and blue mixed makes a lovely purple. We are bathing ourselves in a violet flame of transmutation. I also look forward to seeing more earth flags flying.

Remember to invoke the power of prayer- which quantum science now defines as “our ability to participate in a unified web of energy that links all of creation”. Act as if your prayer is answered and give thanks. I thank god for the universal unity. I also thank the over 6000 souls who, through their ultimate sacrifice, brought us this message. Through their act of mercy an energy of love has been released into the world and created a new portal.

In order to help support the economy I would suggest that you spend your money as a vote. Support healers of all kinds (a great time to take care of yourself!), the arts, music, organic and sustainable things.

Continue to visualize an outcome better than we can possibly imagine. Hold the vision of heaven on earth. God Bless the world, the universe, the galaxy. Peace Prevails.

My one good story is of my friend's cousin whose wife is due to deliver a baby in six weeks- and he worked at the World Trade Center. Yesterday he decided to go in to work late. He arrived as the building fell down. (He is safe) Again- follow your intuition. You (your guides, angels, higher self, supreme knower etc.) are talking to you. Listen. And again- remember to pray a lot. We are creating a super forcefield of Light.

Happy August to my Dear Galactic Family and Friends 8/17/01

I have an exciting new essence to announce to you! Many of you have asked for it- and YAY- now it is here. I will tell you a little bit about it and see if you can guess what it is. It was made from 12 pieces of clean - white - cut gems. Each of them showed evenly the full color spectrum which makes them highly therapeutic and the very best to use for this essence. It was made during the Lakshmi Festival (Goddess of Luck and Prosperity) in Poona, India in the energy field of an enlightened master.

This essence gives clarity with alignment to a higher purpose. It reminds one of their spiritual goals- and clears the mind. It helps to see and feel the invisible. (it also strengthens the physical eyes) It majorly amplifies light and thought. There is richness and self -satisfaction and healthy discrimination. It builds strength and stamina, stimulates unity and love, and gives courage and confidence. (Wow!) There is a brilliance of light - acting on many layers. It fills the chakras with light. This stone holds the template of marriage in its matrix. It promotes harmony in marriage and relationships. It is called the King of Crystals and symbolizes the great central sun. Ahh- by this time have you guessed? It is the Diamond!! It was brought to me as a gift from Virendra and Sia and I am SOOO Grateful! This seems like the perfect time to put it out- as it is (one of) the Birthstones for August- and Diamond is ruled by the sign of Leo (and Taurus and Aries). And- this is the birthday month of my friend Diamond (that many of you know), who played an important role with Star Flower Essences for a couple of years- and - it's also the birthday month of Jem - (who many of you know or have spoken to) - another important person- who works here at Star Essences. And besides all that - IT wanted to come out now.

A couple of weeks ago Team Peru - the name they have given themselves - had another reunion -(I think this was the 3rd or 4th- and they can last for days) this time in San Diego. (This is the group that went with me to Peru this last March- and they are BONDED!) After we had a walk in the beautiful gardens of the Self Realization Fellowship- Christine suggested that we do a circle meditation around a tree. We did and it was awesome- and during the meditation we breathed in from the tree and out to our teammates who weren't physically present (many of them in Peru). When we finished and I opened my eyes, I realized that the tree was what we here call the California Pepper- and in Peru they call Molle. We have made the essence of it and it is called Light Navigator. It is a direct portal to Peru. Oh what fun. Another magic moment.

Big excitement for me- I leave Saturday for Peru with my daughter Cara. This is a dream I have had for quite some time. Now is the perfect moment. She was recently accepted to the College of Creative Studies within UCSB. Educators call these students the brightest, most creative and independent thinkers. (Yes- I am the proud mom) And - She is studying Botany. So it will be Cara and her friend Michelle who is a Botany and Biology teacher at Santa Barbara City College. Cara's husband Bob will stay here and play with Kelsea and Krista. (my granddaughters). We are going to the Amazon as well as Machupicchu. This is also what I am being called to do next March - so if Peru is calling YOU- mark down March 16-29 on your calendar. I will tell you more about that upcoming trip when I get back. And one more fun thing - there is another big around the world meditation taking place on August 17-(right while we are in Peru) so join in divine service and say some extra prayers and beam love around the universe several times that day. Lately I have frequently been receiving the message frequently to remember to use the essences topically. Dropping the essences on the skin can be amazing. The other day (one of) my network chiropractors dropped some on my solar plexus chakra area and it was phenomenal. The trick is to stay still and tune in. I often drop the drops and move so quickly to the next thing that I forget to check out what is happening. Try it and stay still for a bit. Yum!

I trust you had a Happy 4th of July and Let Freedom Ring. (At least those of you in the USA)
Yes- we do have some (28 so far) new spangly (my current favorite word) gemstone essences to announce to you. Yay! They were made with a huge amount of Angelic Love and - on the day of maximum light- the Summer Solstice.

The evening before making them I went to the Solstice Harmonic Renewal- a sound feast presented by the fabulous group- Tingsha. The special blessing I received was "unreasonable joy" -ah how perfect... After connecting with spirit at the moment of the solstice I went to bed. I was awakened around 4:40AM to the sound of the foghorn. I realized that I was awakened so I could feel the energies of the eclipse that was also happening on that morning. Yummy! The fog cleared early and presented us with a gloriously beautiful day. The group (in body and out) that appeared to help hold the energy for this mega essence making event was magnificent. About fifteen highly dedicated light workers showed up physically. (Thank you Angels!) I felt honored by the presence of so many embodied masters. Virendra called in all of the guardians of the gemstones. Over the top high. I am still basking in the bliss. (By the way- I got news that my escrow on the downtown building closed- during all of the essence making- which added to the radical delight.- as a sense of solvency swept over me)

So we made 28 new gemstone essences. Why so many you might ask (as did I). I have in the past resisted making so many essences- and the resistance has been mundane. Storage, labels, brochures etc. The rest of the process is such a Gift- bringing forth so much extraordinary awesome energy. First of all- thank you all for your response to my last e-mail- asking for some prayer in regard to selling the building on Figueroa St. It worked! Right after that e-mail there was a flurry of activity- and we are now in escrow- due to close June 22. Happy Solstice! We are almost moved out of the building- and the precious Star Flower (and Gemstone) Essence Business is alive and supremely well at 312 W. Yanonali Street in the back. You can visit us there M-F 10-5:30 (we are closed for lunch 12:30-1:30).

In keeping with my intention of writing more about the essences- the Chaska Essence has stepped up to be talked about. (I thought it was going to be one of the Combos- but nope- it's Chaska. The essences always get their way with me) I think it has come to my attention because there is an extraordinary downpouring of high vibrational energy rays right now. Here in Santa Barbara it feels like we were engulfed in a cloud ship for days. P.S. For those of you following my food expeditions- I am still doing almost all raw food with a few exceptions now and then. I am loving how attuned I feel to my body. Which means I really notice those few exceptions..(the proverbial blessing and curse) And as a raw food friend of mine said- "I feel more love in my heart when I eat a raw food diet."

Making the "Star" Essence- Chaska - the story.
The night we made the Hale Bopp- Chaska Essence we were in Peru - in the Sacred Valley of the Incas at the land we call Chaska. It was the night of a powerful Lunar eclipse and the night that Hale Bopp was closest to the planet Earth in South America. We had built a labyrinth on the land that day. Kathy Doore- a labyrinth expert from the United States, had come to help us dowse for the perfect spot. As you walk out of the labyrinth you face the Urubamba river and on the other side of the river is the mountain called Pachatucson- which means Anchor of the World. In 1973 there was a Kumbamela held there where holy men and women from all over the world gathered- to bring the Goddess ray from Tibet to this sacred valley. They bathed in the Urubamba river- that runs right by our special piece of land. In the middle of our labyrinth we built a triple spiral altar- which created a triangle in the center. Some friends who do a lot of work with crystals (Kaysee and SuRay) had given us three large generator crystals to charge in Peru. We had charged them during our ceremonies at Machu Picchu- and they were now on the corners of the triangle in the middle of the triple spiral altar. The sun was going down- and I hear- put the bowl out. I had to listen and hear this several times before I got that an essence was to be made in the middle of this energy vortex. The bowl of water went out at sunset and spent the night there. Our group was camping on the land that evening. I watched the bowl all night- during the eclipse- and while the Hale Bopp comet passed through- sending that super comet energy into the earth. It was a spectacular evening- I didn't sleep a wink- the energy was so intense and rarefied and wonderful. The next day we also made the Fava Essence (called Strength and Chi) in the middle of that energy field. That's
a whole other story.I am reminded of the Chaska essence because of being here in Santa Barbara inside this energy field that feels like a cloud ship to me. I know we are absorbing even more of the special dispensation of energy coming into all of us because of the filters of the "fog". And this essence helps us connect with those cloud ships. Let the good times roll!
