My Dear Galactic Friends and Family

This is an exciting time for me. The past month has been all about the land. Escrow on the 20 acres of blank canvas on a mountain closed on September 11. Ah - Sweet New Beginnings! The Magic Ranch. Since then it has been endorphin city for me. One fun thing after another. Pure Joy! I traded my little car in for a 4-wheel drive jeep. The color is called Taupe Frost- or Metallic Brown. I prefer to call it Dirt Sparkle. I love it. It's not just a car- it's my trusty steed that gets me up to this mountaintop that I have fallen in love with. A labyrinth has emerged already. My neighbor generously plowed the field and Diamond has moved the dirt to produce a most beautiful labyrinth- that has been there in the etheric for- well, seemingly eons of time. The Star Essence Staff of Jem, Lou, Kizuwanda, and Yona took a field trip and were the first to walk it. The land feels like a temple (of sacred and fabulous fun) to me. (You can see our photo on our website.) Lepidolite is "useful for gridding one's environment, and in gardening and agricultural activities, for aligning the energy forces to produce abundance." (Melody) I moved a 25-foot trailer up here- which was exciting and another high. My neighbor was there at the perfect time with his tractor to help move it in- and his helper, named Angel! - has been helping me, too. This is where I am staying now. I am seeing raw food retreats here- at some point- and perhaps some personal retreats before that. We are already planting some trees and flowers and herbs. I have used a lot of the Combo essence Exalted Earth here. On the Equinox I spent the night up here camping, using essences in my own sacred ceremony. Anchoring Light, Ancient Wisdom...Getting water was another endorphin rush- when it was all working after a couple of weeks of work. Then the phone came- via a long wire running through the brush (and the help of my wonderful son-in-law Bob Peace- who also helped move the trailer in). I am SO grateful- because I can work on the computer from here. The office checks e-mail every day. I must admit - I don't. I apologize to any of you who I haven't personally answered. Nature is communing with me- and I am passionately listening.
I am speaking in Mexico at the Flower Essence Congress being held in Cuernavaca, Mexico October 25-27. I have a flyer I can e-mail you if you would like. It is in Spanish. Roger will meet me there and we will speak together. Diamond is going to help, as well as SuRay- one of our Master Star Essence Staff teachers. We are holding the vision to manifest some classes in Mexico and Latin America that SuRay will teach, and to expand the Star Essence system there.

It has been proven scientifically that massive numbers of people joining together to Pray Peace has a profound effect on the vibrational rate of the planet. That is why I believe Saturday, October 12th is an opportunity for us to influence the peace process in Iraq and around the world. Millions of people will join together to feel the reality of peace in all countries.

There has been some confusion as to the actual time of the vigil. We have asked people to be praying at l:00 P.M. New York Time while the Earth Dance vigil is not until 7:00 P.M. There is one way we can make this work for everyone. Let us make October l2th a DAY of prayer and peace. Spend your day feeling peace for all beings everywhere, especially at the two times listed above. Pause and send your prayers at both l:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. EST. Together we can make this a day we will always remember, a day when peace truly does prevail on Earth.

Infinite Best Days Ever - Wednesday, August 28, 2002

Hello Dear Friends and Galactic Family

What a great month August has been! The Portland Raw Food Festival was a great place to be - That Heaven on Earth thing. Everyone responding to the essences makes my heart sing. I ate my way through five days, beginning with a seven-course, elegantly served, gourmet raw vegan meal that I would say was the best meal I've ever had so far. Being with 100's of people for all those days and feeling normal was cool. Smiling, vibrant, open, loving, happy raw vegan people. Having so many choices on menus. All good mood food.

The Star Essence Practitioner Certification Class/Funshop was beyond the beyond the beyond and some more. In one day we were already flying. The essences all beautifully came through for us to attune to. The exquisitely high love factor was fabulous. We had 36 beautiful beings from all over the country (as well as many galaxies) represented.

Speaking of the love factor and spectacular events, the teacher class that we had prior to the certification class was super-satisfying. We accomplished a lot. I know that the contents of the class has moved up an octave, and it was great fun to develop that with Lea Parker, SuRay Raycraft, Kjerstina Agne and Ryan Evans - our newly initiated Star Essence Master Teachers. They are now a part of our Star Essence Staff. It is such a gift to play and co-create with these gifted, brilliant teachers. You can read more about each of them soon on the website. The other really exciting thing that we developed (besides the curriculum) is a win/win/win program. If you are interested in taking the Star Essence certification course, and you would like to have it held near you - please ask about our brand new (heavenly) hosting program. To all my friends and ever-expanding family-

Thank you all for your prayers and good wishes. I am SO Grateful ! About 20 minutes after I put out the last e-mail looking for a 3rd partner for the 20 acres of land, my friend Linda Snook called. She could feel the energy right away and practically said yes without even seeing it. A moment on the land (on the 4th of July - with Saint Germain in attendance) and the answer was a definite Yes. It is all going well with zillions of amusing synchronicities. It will close escrow on Sept 9 - and something magical is about to happen with essences and agriculture. I can feel it.

Right now it's all about the Star Essence Practitioner Certification Class. (Funshop) The printing of my manuscript is complete. (Hallelujah!) It is being mailed today to the participants of the course. (It is not for sale in this form.) For any of you who have been thinking about signing up and haven't - now is the time. Or if you haven't thought about it before - now would be a good time. It will be fabulous. Wonderful people are coming from all over the country. There are about 10 spaces left. The class is Friday and Saturday, August 17-18. It is $188.00 if paid in full by Aug. 10th, $200 after that date. The fee covers one live food lunch and the manuscript - to read before the class - and several essence combinations. All levels are welcome. The class is fully participatory and most importantly, FUN. Among other things, you will leave the class confident, attuned and empowered to prepare Star Essence combinations for yourself, your friends, family, clients, pets...

The printing of the book will come after the class, after I have feedback from all the awesome class participants. (pretty clever, huh?) My plan is to have it complete prior to the International Flower Essence Congress in Mexico in late October, where I get to be one of the keynote speakers. (I will give more info on that in my next e-mail.)

having fun all along the way - Thursday, June 6, 2002

Hello My Dear Intergalactic Friends and Family,

I just returned from Blue Hill, Maine, where I had the perfect writing vacation. This is where I got to be: In a Lincoln log cabin with a postcard view overlooking trees onto a harbor - with now and then a sailboat passing by. The cabin had super plush purple carpet (the floor is my favorite place to work). On the porch were birdfeeders and chimes. I got to look out and see squirrels and a large variety of birds- like a few feet from my face. In between writing sessions, Ros, who is one of my favorite people on the planet, and her very sweet boyfriend Peter, took me just the right amount of sightseeing. (and Yes- I am still eating 100% raw vegan living food and loving it!) I also got to go with Ros to her Yoga Fun class that she teaches to 6th and 7th graders - they really enjoyed being sprayed with Crystal Clear and Angel Spray. While I was there I had 6 off-the-scale wonderful bodywork sessions that I received for essence trades with 5 different women. The other great thing is that in the cabin Ros has all the essences. The place hums. So I had the perfect spot to write - to receive bodywork - and I had the Masters coming in all week to infuse the book. Wow - what a manifestation. However this book comes out - it is a lot of fun writing it. I am remembering to enjoy the journey.

I had some amazing experiences when I took the Higher Chakra Trilogy. (you have to read the book...) Oh, and did I mention the hammock...? I am SO Grateful!

Once again - for the airplanes - Travel Solution was my perfect companion. I used about half a bottle, with all of the flights that I took in the last couple of weeks (6) - one of which I was late for and missed due to weather - so I got to spend the night in Boston and weave a little extra Light. Dear Family of Light

The Wesak Full Moon in Taurus is this Friday- and I encourage you to find a few minutes to join with the Spiritual Hierarchy who are gathered in the etheric for the Buddha Full Moon- This is the spiritual New Year, considered to be one of the holiest days of the year. Tune in in whatever way and wherever you are called to be. Join with the cosmic and planetary Ascended Masters gathered in the Himalayas and simultaneously the cosmic and planetary Ascended Masters gathered in Mt. Shasta during this Iridescent Diamond Heart Wesak, as we continue creating lines of light around the planet.

The Ascended Master Djwhal Khul says in the Alice Bailey books: "Wesak is the single greatest event upon our planet, and the one that has the greatest effect upon humanity. No cost is too great to pay in order to be of use to the Spiritual Hierarchy at the time of the full moon of Wesak. No price is too high in order to gain the spiritual illumination which can be possible, particularly at that time".

The first Gemmies were made in the energy of the Wesak Full Moon a few years ago. This year we will be creating 8 more. (For those of you counting, I said 6 in the last letter. Virendra has brought me 2 more). Pearl's Luster mirrors your super inner beauty - Monday, April 08, 2002

Dear Friends and Galactic Family

Once again I am (mostly) back from Peru. A BIG trip. It feels awesome to be HOME (Heaven On Mother Earth- as Patricia Cota Robles says) here in Santa Barbara. Peru was magical and intense- and then coming home is so light that I feel like I can fly. There is such a gentleness and ease in being here. Walking into the market and finding dozens of favorite raw foods and seeing every color of flower just on the road going to the market- yummy! Then I went for a walk on the beach with friends and we had a beautiful Blue Heron following us and Dolphins dancing for us and Seals playing in the surf and Sand Pipers singing and other unnamed birds giving stunning shows. I feel so grateful to be HOME- and also so grateful to have the experience of Peru.

Ah- the experience of Peru--There was divine orchestration going on, with Nature choosing who was to be where. A group of us did the BIG (5 day) hike to Choqequirao. I had my moment when I decided that I would not be walking another step and asked Roger to bring me a tent. Instead - a mule appeared and Roger negotiated with its owner to take me up -up- up to the sugar cane plantation where we would meet for lunch (yes - I hit the wall even before lunch) and I could re-decide. After lunch I had a horse (which was like a pillow under me, after the mule) and the trip became fun again. (ah- that addiction to bliss that I have).

Hiking in to the site of Choqequirao was monumental. We first went to one of the mountaintop sites that was a huge circular field of flowers. It was an offerings place. When Roger and the others headed down the mountain for another mountaintop across the plaza (where our cook was preparing lunch), I found myself unable to leave. I sat down outside the circle and blew some bubbles that had essences in the bubble juice. It was fun to distribute some essences. I was wishing that I had remembered to bring the essence "Exalted Earth". I went into the circle and sat and began to meditate. I was annoyed that my hand kept itching from the bites I had. I reached into my bag for my trusty Angel Drops (which REALLY work!) When I dripped the drops all over my hand they spilled onto the earth - and in that moment- Rockets, Fireworks, Sparkles! I felt a portal open - a Gateway emerge - and grids all over lit up and connected. I felt each person in our group - as they helped connect the grids from wherever they were at that moment. I felt all of the places we had been- and especially our land at the Pachatucson Mountain. There are six essences plus Lavender and Tea Tree Oil in the Angel Drops- that assisted with the process. A great reminder to use the essences that you have with you.

Travel Solution worked again and again. I can personally - from many personal experiences- recommend it! For travel- and for altitude. I stayed in Peru for an extra 3 days to make the Maca essence. We gathered all of the things we needed. Even bought new scissors. Then we drove into the mountains and hiked up to 14,000. feet. When I began to feel the altitude in my forehead I took the Travel Solution and the sensation subsided right away. The Maca wasn't ready. It is too early. (Even though we had it on "good authority" - the owner of the plantation - that it was in bloom.) Once again I get to have full appreciation for that moment of bloom - and for the grace and ease that always comes when making the essences. If it isn't graceful and easy - it isn't right!

I fulfilled my intention of finding out more about organic gardening in Peru - even getting a book that was just published about it. I went to an organic market in Lima my first day there and got a few goodies for the trip - some organic olive oil and some organic pecans... And - I stayed Raw Raw Raw. I feel stronger and stronger every day. The cooks on the trail were great- especially considering they had never uncooked meals before. At the end of the trip- when we didn't make the Maca essence- Ruby and I had a bottle of wine and ate pizza. After that I ate soda crackers to make my stomach feel better - and then by the time I added popcorn to that my gut said no no no. It all turned to juice and let go go go. I received a very strong message that I had committed to raw and that now my body was not at all interested in that dead food. The hike we took was one and a half times the Inca trail that I hiked in 1988. I did have a horse for part of the hike - and - I feel stronger than I ever have - and I am back to my pre-Cara weight, for the first time in 33 years. What a happy thing. Yes- I highly recommend raw vegan. It is a very nice piece in sustainable living. (I have a list of raw books and raw websites if you are interested.)

For those of you wondering- I had an Awesome-Rawsome time at the raw food retreat in Ojai. I have expanded vision and ease of commitment to doing 100% raw vegan for a year. (stay tuned....) I met fabulous people from all over the planet- and had fun learning SO MUCH. You can make raw meals that are super-gourmet - and fun, too. Zucchini that comes out like angel hair pasta with a yummy raw marinara sauce, and even dehydrated tortillas that were amazingly good. "Sour cream" made from soaked raw cashews and coconut jelly. I had to develop a taste for regular sour cream, but this stuff is just instantly delicious. I gave a talk at the retreat and was very well received. The essences go right along with eat light and raise your vibration. Synchronicities abound! I feel like I am walking my talk of bliss in a higher state than ever before. I will be linking web sites with all the wonderful folks that I met. I feel very connected to them and the living food movement. The Peru trip happens in two weeks (March 16-31) and - there is still space- in case you like to do things spontaneously. There are 6 of us going so far. I personally will eat raw on this trip (you don't have to - Peruvian food is quite lovely) and - I would love to have a raw buddy. I am so UP for this trip. I know it is going to be great !!!

Remember- when all your work is play- you'll never have to work another day. (I heard that from David Wolfe, who spoke at the Ojai retreat.)

The Equinox is a great time for commitment / recommitment.

Speaking of commitment- if any of you are still thinking maybe- just maybe you should go to Peru with us- take the leap and be prepared to have a recalibration take place that will assist you in becoming even more aligned with the divine flow of creation. The folks on the trip are coming from Switzerland, Mexico, Canada and the U.S. I love the internet !!!

A friend in Lima (Aanjelae) passed on this bit about one of the places we will be going. "Choquequirao is between the departments (states) of Cusco and Apurimac, above the canyon which forms the impressive Apurimac River. What I liked best is the meaning of Apurimac – "Dios que habla" which means "God that speaks."
Choquequirao (also considered another "Lost City of the Incas") is the place we will hike to and camp. (remember this is deluxe camping with wonderful porters to carry our stuff, set up the tents, cook us wonderful meals, etc.) We will be there for the full moon. Of course then there is Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, the Equinox.... Call or e-mail us for more info- and COME PLAY!

The book is coming along. It will be ready (I decree) prior to the class that I will teach here in Santa Barbara in August. Stay tuned...

My raw food program has escalated and I am doing GREAT! I have been 100% raw since the 1st of the year, with the exception of one day when I indulged in 2 Margaritas and lots of chips. The cloudy way that I felt convinced me to commit to a year of 100% raw (and stick to those Stargaritas made with tonics instead of Tequila). I am noticing a whole new level of energy from going from 80% raw to 100%. The books talk about the high and I am beginning to experience it. Peru - Nature is Calling! - Thursday, January 17, 2002

The up-to-the-minute news is that the itinerary for the Peru trip has changed once again. (As usual, the trip has a mind of its own) In addition to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley (Cusco, Pisac, etc.) we will be going to a place that I have never been to and prior to a couple of months ago didn't know existed, and which now is calling me very strongly - SUPER strongly - and has me very excited about going. It is called Choquequirao and I still don't know how to pronounce it. It is (I'm told) another site similar to Machu Picchu in terms of energy and sacredness. It is for hikers only - as there is no road - and we may have some horses for part of it. We will be camping for 4 or 5 nights of this journey. (Keep in mind that this is the most deluxe camping you will ever experience - with our gear carried and our tents set up and our food prepared by the very sweet porters.) We will go and find that a recalibration will take place within us and we will become even more aligned with the divine flow of creation. Magic is abounding - so if you have been thinking about this trip and are ready for NATURE NATURE NATURE - say YES and come.

Last week I was thinking about canceling the trip - except that one (fabulous) person (Ruby - from Switzerland and a Star Flower Essence teacher who has already been with us once to Peru, and had her life totally change) was signed up and paid in full. I was looking at the book Roger had brought to me on Choquequirao and it kept calling me. Then I checked my e-mail and found out that Ruby had her plane tickets. Decision made. I am committed to go - even if it is she and me. And I got excited - because we could re-create the trip and go to Choquequirao. Now, of course, with the commitment energy there, another (very fun) person (SuRay - another Super Star and Star Flower Essence teacher) signed up that very day and several other folks are expressing interest. For sure take them first thing in the morning and last thing at night (which helps to create a cycle) - and then any other times that you take them are a bonus. Drs. Eduardo Greco and Dina Martinez, who work extensively with essences in Mexico City, have been recommending this and finding excellent results. Yes - the trick is to take them. They work SO well !
