I recently returned from the 38th (and final) World Congress on Illumination held by Patricia Cota Robles and Era of Peace.  I am still in that exquisitely sublime state- after spending 5 days with 500 like hearted people in a gorgeous setting, meditating together.  Unity is expanding and gaining momentum in the collective. It's palpable and encouraging to see and feel.  
I love this video. It brings in the ascended masters and a whole host of Angels an Archangels, and the graphics are extraordinary! Keep your eyes open (as much as you can)
 
I love this quote from Ram Dass, which is how I felt at the congress.
“As you dissolve into love, your ego fades. You're not thinking about loving; you're just being love, radiating like the sun.”

Summer Sprays, make you feel good!

Here we are over half way through the year.  There is so much magic happening.
Are you noticing more and more synchronicities? For instance, what is happening for me all the time now is that if I have a question, I will find myself sitting next to someone who starts talking and gives me the answer, or I will overhear something in a random conversation that answers it.  
Many of my favorite teachers are saying the same thing, that 3D was turned off during the April eclipse, and 5D turned on.  Now, how to navigate the new operating system.  Things really are getting easier, as we raise our vibration to match the higher frequencies coming in.  We know what to do: eat lighter, sing, dance, move our bodies one way or another, be in Nature, use our breath consciously, think good thoughts, remembering that what we focus on we bring into form (really quickly these days)... Vibrational essences are a great way to raise our frequency.  They help to move us up the octaves.
 
In 2016 I was called to Hot Springs, Arkansas (and I am eternally grateful!)  And speaking of octaves, I know a  big reason is because of the high vibe WATER.  Lake Ouachita is my favorite place on the planet! (One of the cleanest lakes, and on the biggest vein of quartz in the country.)  And— the drinking water!!!!!

Our pets are such a great source of LOVE!  I recently adopted a 4 year old kitty.  The humane society had named him Luca.  I shifted it a bit to Lokah- which is one of my favorite mantras- Lokah Samasta Sukino Bhavantu- meaning may all beings everywhere be happy and free and at peace.  I feel that every time I call him I'm invoking that mantra.  Needless to say he was a little disturbed and confused and nervous about the move.  And quite shy.  I never knew my house had so many hiding places.  He didn't eat right away. Ding ding ding- Essences to the rescue.   I gave him Happy Pet- by putting it in my hand and petting him, and putting my hand with the essences on his nose.  Honestly, within moments, he went over and began to eat and calmed down.  Even I was surprised at how fast it worked. I put  Happy Pet, and I added the Golden Bach Walnut into his water to support change. We have Happy Pet as a spray or drops.  Some critters enjoy the SPRAY, some don't.   The Goldies, as we affectionately refer to them, are the Bach essences made in a new octave, using a 24 carat gold crystal bowl.  
After a couple of days of not pooping, I gave him Let Go and Trust, and again, the next thing I knew he was in the cat box- with results!  Animals are very sensitive to essences.  The Kidney formula was made especially for animals.  I made it for my precious kitty, Magic Heart and I feel it saved her. She lived to be 23 and had essences nearly every day of her long life.

In the world of remarkable synchronicities and divine choreography— Roslyn, our super Happiness Representative, and superb bottler and shipper broke her wrist recently.  Rozie needed a rest.  After literally stepping in and saving Star Essence at a precarious time, she has been going full-on for a long time, including her move from Maryland to Arkansas. Spirit must have known she wasn't going to take a rest on her own, so she gently fell — and broke her wrist.  Anything else, and she might have figured out how to keep bottling and shipping, but no, it was the wrist. You need two hands to bottle.  This happened right after I sent out an email to y'all that we wouldn't be shipping for a week, thinking it was because she was taking a short vacation (which also entailed 30 plus hours of driving.)  Well, she didn't drive anywhere, and she has had a much needed rest.  And as magic would have it,  two wonderful women have stepped up to do the bottling and shipping (and more) under the direction of the impeccable Roslyn!  Satya moved to Hot Springs less than a year ago and has been coming to the Star Portal and doing fabulous Kirtan for us, and her friend Karla moved here about a month ago and lives very close to the Portal (where we bottle and ship).
The divine perfection is better than I could have possibly imagined and I am SO GRATEFUL for our stellar staff!  I trust we will have a photo of us all by the next newsletter.

TOTALITY~ Everything that could go right, went right!

Hi Beautiful Friends and Galactic Family ~
 
And that is how we roll!  I'm ecstatic to say that the recent April 8 total solar eclipse was a stellar event, both for Star Essence and for me.
 
In 2017 I drove with friends to Missouri to be in the path of totality.  That was shortly after I moved from Santa Barbara, CA to Hot Springs, AR.  The eclipse was beyond words fabulous, and I could totally feel why eclipse chasers chased!  The journey was so worth those few precious minutes of the totality.  It was then I found out that Hot Springs AR would be in the path of the totality in 2024!  What an exciting blessing.
 
I've known for months that I was to make an Arkansas quartz  crystal essence during the eclipse - and to make it out on the crystalline Lake Ouachita.  There were many variables to take into consideration with the eclipse. Weather and traffic to name a couple.  I have a slip for my pontoon boat at the State Park Marina, and we were allowed one parking place on the day of the eclipse.  I will skip over all of the magical details and say that in spite of so many concerns that everyone around here had, the day was as perfect as it could possibly be!  And making this new essence during the Totality, on an island surrounded by crystalline water, with fabulous folks  was a Life Highlight! I will always remember where I was on April 8, 2024!

The weather predictions changed by the micro moment, it seemed.  As it turned out the weather was clear, gorgeous,  in the high seventies, and very little wind.
 
Four friends and myself embarked on our adventure early in the morning, and we had a few sweet visitors during the course of the day.  We went out to Ascension Island.  The map calls it Crawdad Island, others call it wedding island, because they got married there.  We have re-christened it Ascension Island after doing so many ceremonies and building crystal grids there. There are over 200 Islands on Lake Ouachita and this one is one of my favorites.
 
Energies were snap, crackle and popping that day. There was palpable perfection in the air.  I put out 4 bowls of water from Crystal Springs. On that altar I placed a large crystal cluster that had been excavated by a friend about a year ago, following a message that the crystals several miles down in the earth in Hot Springs were being activated by the Elohim, thus everything above them would also be activated.  I also used crystals from that same excavation in the essence water.  Also on the alter were two crystal dragons, and a quartz rock that I was literally guided to on Crystal Island that looked like a dragon (if you squint lol).  I could feel the energy of the white dragons during the event.  
 
I made essences during the whole eclipse - from the beginning of the eclipse, then during the totality, then after the totality until the end of the eclipse.  So far, the essence that wants to be released is from the TOTALITY portion.  After getting everything into bottles, I shared the mother essence of TOTALITY with the group.  We all went right back to the absolute ecstasy we were feeling during the totality.  Effervescent Ecstasy!  AMAZING!!!!

A fun aside: on the day of the eclipse one of the friends, Satya, who came and played harmonium and chanted all the way through the eclipse, brought a deck of Tarot cards.  I pulled a card, and two came out.  The first one was simply called Increase.  The second was — wait for it — Joyous Fun!  Ohhhh, So Appropriate!!! Increase Joyous Fun.  After the eclipse I immediately ordered the deck.  After receiving it and playing with it for a little while I asked it what it would say about the essence, expecting perhaps some guidance about what it was for.  The card that came out — Great Achievement…(OK - I did a little happy dance!- I do love those kinds of signs)
 
The Star Portal recently hosted an EarthKeepers reunion.  I was guided to share the Totality essence with them (before we even had a real label) and get their reactions.  That was another grand experience!  
Some comments so far about this magickal (spelled that way on purpose) epic new essence:

After making the essence I wrapped the crystal I used in a towel and didn't think about it until the message came into my head to take the crystal and hold it and see what it had to say, and add it to the other information I was receiving.  Here is what has come through so far for the definition of the TOTALITY essence:

The light and energy of this essence can activate those codes.
Take seven drops 1-7 times a day (as directed by your own divine director). Regulate your frequency/vibration by the number of times you take it.  If things start moving too fast decrease the amount of times you take it in a day.  Suggest you keep the number of drops at seven.

This is a quick note to remind you that essences are not just for addressing conditions and symptoms - (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual).  They are also for higher states of consciousness.
 
Essences are frequencies, and they work in octaves. They can lift us from one octave to the next, and where we go usually depends on where we are. Wherever it is, they will lift us.  All that being said, it is ECLIPSE TIME and I want to encourage you to take essences in preparation for this huge influx of energy and codes that we are receiving at this auspicious time.
 
I urge you to keep the highest of thoughts and intensions for this monumental moment.  So many people will be focused on the same thing at the same time and we can harness this moment and use this energy to raise our vibration, which in turn adds to the light of the world, and with so many intent on doing this, it's happening!

It will be good to continue with the essences after the eclipse to help integrate everything that is happening.  After the eclipse you may want to take Complete with the Past, Integration, Resilience, as well as any mentioned above - and as always - what YOU are directed to.  In my opinion, essences always improve things - by lifting us up from wherever we are.  Let's go even higher!
 
So if you have essences, be sure and take them that day, April 8 ~ and tune into the magic.  Here in Hot Springs Arkansas we are very fortunate to be in the TOTALITY  of the eclipse.  We will be in that totality for 3 minutes 37 seconds   We are here amongst the biggest veins of quartz in the world.  There will be a huge beacon coming from this area, with all of the beautiful events taking place honoring this brief less than four minute event!  
 
My plan is to be out on the crystalline lake Ouachita, making a quartz crystal essence that will have special magic (yet to be revealed). I am in a state of deep listening to know what steps to take.  So stay tuned for what emerges from this.  It's all very exciting!!!

Happy Lunar New Year

Happy Lunar New Year,  all of my fabulous cosmic friends and galactic family,

 Emerald boaHere we are - in the auspicious Year of the Dragon! Dragons can walk, fly, swim and travel between dimensions. I had the honor of communing with these gorgeous Emerald Boa's about a month ago- which felt like a preparation for the Dragon energy coming in.  It is synchronistic and magical and AWE INSPIRING!

Sacred Marriage of the Pineal and Pituitary

As promised a while back - I want to share with you a protocol for the Sacred Marriage of the Pineal and Pituitary, and an esoteric way to use this trilogy of essences - Pineal Light Infusion, Pituitary Master and the Selenite bridge.  
 
Taking these essences in harmonic sequences can amplify the effects.  It's valuable to take the  the Pineal Light Infusion essence for awhile to prepare for the sacred marriage of the Pineal and the Pituitary.  Or just go for it.  I find myself often going back to taking the just Pineal Light Infusion essence periodically.  Then on special occasions I do this special protocol:
Get a glass of water you feel good about.  (Bless it in some way)
Place 3 drops of the pineal essence in it,
in a line - - -
Then place 6 drops of the selenite essence
in a line - - - - - -
Then place 9 drops of the Pituitary Master
in a line - - - - - - - - -
Then stir it 9 times in an infinity pattern (preferably with a wooden chopstick, or a wooden spoon, or even a plastic, paper or glass straw- preferably just not metal)
 
Take 9 sips of this holy, sanctified water, and after each sip,
take a deep breath in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts and breathe out for 7 counts. Stay focused on outcomes that you would like. When we focus on the good the good gets better!
 
After doing this protocol, be open to sacred knowledge and infinite possibilities.  There is a new level of awakening into a crystalline, solar earth. We are beginning to have more advanced celestial visions.  Step into a new octave and see who you are.  Using the essences in this way can help recalibrate our solar light codes. We begin to know more and figure out less.
 
As we tap into the power of harmonic frequencies we can become aware of being aware, and we can play differently. The universe speaks in vibration, and we are rapidly becoming much more energy sensitive. We can step into the higher realms and experience well being, taking ourselves beyond concepts into practicality.
