As a massage therapist I have found this to be very helpful and effective before and after treatment. The only thing is that I wish it were in a bigger size. I only use this when I intuitively feel it is needed plus I use it to clear the few stones I have and use. Thank you so very much for putting so much love into everything you make. It means a lot.
